Ok . here are my results at 50nl over the last 7 months . I started playing nl in June after a ssnl grinder sugesstion .
The thing im after with these figures is to see if i can spot any leaks from these figures or maybe a reason why i have suddenly started to win this month !!
On the subject of this month i know there has been a significant change in my style but i am maybe looking for something to bacl it up !
September , October and November i know i can include a substantial amount of tilt and inconsistent play due to the change in my lifestyle and lack of order in my life
after selling my chip shop . Anyway these are the figures

Nice post Graham.
Here are my observations. One thing you touched on was the 3 months from September-November when everything else you had going on obviously affected your decision making process and you made plays at this time you presumably wouldn't do normally. May be at times like this not playing at all may be better.
There's a few things I noticed about your general play: -
Your VPIP and PFR seem to be quite wide. This mainly looks like its coming from the small blind and you seem to be making up the SB alot. One thing I've started doing after our 1st session with Verneer was punishing limper's by raising from the SB which seems to be working out and I'm taking the hand down alot of the time. There are going to be occasions when calling the BB is a +ev play but for the most part I generally raise or fold. Also, you seem to have called a few times from UTG/MP. I don't think we should ever play certainly from UTG 1st in without raising the hand.
Your position stats look at though they are pretty much spread too evenly to me. In his "How to Use Poker Tracker" Thread on 2+2, Pokey's opinion is that the Button VPIP should be double that from UTG.
Finally not sure about the Aggression Factor Stats especially from the River. As I understand it AF should get steadily lower from the Flop to the River and your River Stats seem to be as high or even higher than those on the flop. Not sure what the fix is here but may be its an area you need to look into. There's a quote I heard on some Poker programme where they quoted "Your only going to get called or Raised on the River by a hand that's beating you". For some reason that quote has stuck with me. Wish I could remember it at times when I'm making stupid calls or plays on the River but I'm seriously coming to the conclusion that this is true.
If you've not seen it, here's the link to the 2+2 PT Thread: -

Finally good luck for 2008 and all the very best for the New Year.
The link that Chris posted is gold...I use that whenever I'm doing a general analysis like you are. So, to reiterate Chris's comments, there's a pretty big gap between your VPIP and PFR, and not a big enough gap between your positional VPIP's. Pokey recommended a 2x difference between UTG and Button. On CR, a lot of guys, including Verneer, recommend even more than that... 2.5 to 3x the difference.
It does look like you are on a progressively better track, though, however the sample sizes the last couple months are a little low to tell for sure.
Happy New Year, and g/l in 2008!
