Ok
I think this past week has gone ok . We had a session with verneer and i think this went ok
We are not the most talkative group . But i think that may be because verneer is so good its better to sit and listen
Trying to get back into the routine of posting blogs . However i wish i could get out of the routine of talking a stab at $100 and then Either hitting a cooler and or Spewing
I am not sure what this one is ?
http://www.pokerhand.org/?1736579
My target number of hands is 5k 2 tabling . This will equate to 10k 4 tabling so i will be happy with that this month
I have been following the blogs so the next step is to start posting some comments
as usual
good luck at the tables

eeek.
if i'm reading this right, you're on the nutStraight with a nutFD after the turn card? repop him on the turn. get it in while you're ahead.
the river is a horrible card, filling in the house. at this point, he's betting $90 into a $30 pot? that's a bit of a red flag.
keep posting.
Bet flop, really don't like flat calling the turn when the board goes 2-flush and he re-raises small. 40%+ of the time he has a FD there in my opinion. Bet/re-raise the turn. $21 looks good when he raises.
River is read dependant. I recognise that player from blogging though and am 90% sure he wouldn't shove the river without a FH+. Against a random $100NL player no reads I probably stack off on the river, but it's an easy fold against any good player.
I think this is a 3 bet pf and and cbet the flop, If you did this you would most likely go allin on the turn providing hes still in the hand. Its a big big overbet on the river i think i would call it but you know a better player would let go of it.
I'm liking the sessions i think the last one was ok nothing special but it was for free so we cant complain. I hope we get some ideas togeather and shoot them to him set something up for when hes done with his wedding which is pretty soon i think.
Verneer is definitely good, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be talkative. If we're just going to sit and listen, then it's not much different from a video...so whatever it takes to get the conversation going will be good. Failing that, then we need to have some lecture topics ready for these sessions. My opinion, anyway.
For the hand you posted, I would 3-bet this preflop, or even fold against a very nitty player, but that would have to be based on a very confident read. But calling here OOP doesn't seem like a great option because a lot of the time you will miss the flop, so you'll have to rely on him betting it for you when you hit, or probably check/folding when you miss. In position, I would consider a call, though.
The flop becomes really hard to play since you just called, and I think that there are no great options. What was your plan if he made a pot sized c-bet?
I would re-raise the turn, and not be surprised to get action. The river is strange, but I think you have to fold it, even with a strong hand. You called his raise on the turn and led out again when the board paired. That in itself is OK (I would lead out as well if I had just called the turn raise), but you are telling him you are happy the board paired. When he makes such a big over-raise, I think you need to give him credit for boating up on you, unless you have some sort of read. Even a hand as strong as AT would be likely to just call behind, IMO.
I would echo the sentiments of the others with regards to the Verneer sessions. I've got a lot out of them although having to join last weeks late wasn't ideal for me.
I'm not the most talkative person at the best of times but in future will contribute more no matter how stupid I think the comments are. Marc's right we probably need to draw the sessions towards specific area's/more structured in the future.
